36 Weeks- Valentines Day

Happy Valentines day sweetie! This month is a special one for your dad and I, 9 years ago on February 13th your Dad asked me to be his wife, it seriously has been the best decision that I have ever made, and now we get to add you to our family next month. We are so lucky to be your parents and can not wait to meet you. We are getting close to our 3 week mark here in a few days and mom is starting to get a little anxious and nervous. Luckily I will have your amazing Dad by my side so I know that things will be okay.

We are now at the point where Dr. Jones would like to see us weekly, last week he told me you're heartbeat sounded great and that we're measuring where we should be, I will go in again tomorrow 2/15 with your dad and see how we are doing for week 36. You will now start to put on about an ounce a week in preparation for your due date, you are about 6 pounds and 18 1/2 inches so the size of a Romaine Lettuce. These next few weeks I feel are going to fly by so your dad and I have so much to do to get ready for you, keep growing little Valentine, we love you.

35 Weeks

February 2,2017-

Hello little one, you are getting so big that you are starting to make mom question whether or not you will have enough room to make it another 5 weeks. Today marks 35 weeks and I can't believe we are just 5 whole weeks away from hopefully meeting you. I have been feeling you kick less but you are still moving. You really like to stretch out and roll a little from time to time.You're the most active at night which can sometimes keep me up but  I don't mind because that is how I know you are doing good, you also continue to get hiccups which are still cute to me.

Well little girl you are 5 1/4 pounds this week and you are over 18 inches long so about the size of a Honeydew your kidneys are fully developed and you are putting on the pounds getting ready for your due date. Its so crazy to think that 8 months ago you were just a tiny little blueberry and now your dad and I can feel you move daily. We sure love you sweet girl, keep growing!

34 Weeks- Work Baby Shower

January 26,2017-

This week you are the size of a Cantaloupe and you weigh 4 3/4 pounds and you're just about 18 inches long. Well baby girl you and I are sure loved by a lot of people, this week you and I were spoiled at mom's work. My amazing work family hosted a baby shower potluck in your honor, they came up with a cute theme of having all the food be "baby foods". So we had things like mini hot dogs, mini sandwiches, mini salads, homemade sushi, wings and cute desserts, I mean I could go on forever. :) Everyone was so sweet and thoughtful and gave us some wonderful gifts as well, we got some more cute outfits to dress you in, a blanket, diaper cream, thermometer, and gift cards to help dad and I get anything else we needed for you as well.

33 Weeks

January 19,2017-

Hi there baby girl! Mom has been really busy and has once again gotten very behind on her posts. This week we are 33 weeks and you are the size of a Pineapple, so you are now a little over 4 pounds and 17 inches long. Your dad and I love watching my belly roll as you continue to kick and have hiccups. I hope you know how much we love you and are trying to wait as patiently as possible for you to arrive. Keep growing little one, love you more and more everyday.
